We operate across most of Europe as well as the United States and scale primarily through paid social, influencers, and high-performance creative.

As a digital-first brand, paid media is at the core of our growth engine. We’re looking for a performance-driven specialist who can help us scale efficiently across channels while maintaining a strong brand aesthetic and sharp creative.

 


 

Role Overview

The Paid Media Specialist will own day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting across all paid media channels at OMHU. You’ll collaborate closely with the CMO (Alex), our performance agency partners, and our growing content and media ecosystem to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You’re analytical, creative, obsessed with testing, and excited to contribute directly to a fast-moving D2C brand.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Social Campaign Execution

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across:

    • Meta (primary channel)

    • TikTok Ads (Smart+, creators, spark ads, BAU campaigns)

    • Pinterest (optional depending on roadmap)

  • Execute structured testing frameworks (creative tests, hooks, audiences).

  • Maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, and weekly pacing.

2. Creative Testing & Development

  • Work closely with the creator team and the Influencer team lead(Sofie) to:

    • Brief new creatives (UGC, spark ads, testimonial formats).

    • Identify winning themes, angles, and formats for each channel.

    • Build feedback loops based on performance data.

  • Analyze creative fatigue and proactively recommend new concepts.

3. Market Expansion & Local Testing

  • Help roll out campaigns into new or smaller markets using efficient testing frameworks.

  • Work with localized creative, copy, and influencer content when available.

  • Evaluate shipping/testing initiatives (e.g., Norway free shipping tests).

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work weekly with:

    • CMO for strategy, pacing, and priorities.

    • Influencer/Social Coordinator to turn top-performing influencer content into ads.

    • Agency partners on high-level account structure and scaling decisions.

  • Support product launches, seasonal moments, and promotional campaigns.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3–6 months, you will:

  • Reduce blended CAC across core markets.

  • Increase ratio of winning creatives month over month.

  • Add value to our predictable testing machine for TikTok + Meta.

  • Help scale new markets profitably.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (D2C preferred).

  • Strong understanding of paid social mechanics, creative analysis, and attribution.

  • Experience with TikTok Smart+, Meta Advantage+, and Google Demand Gen.

  • Comfortable working with data (Sheets, Looker Studio, Shopify analytics).

  • Ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and thrive in a scaleup environment.

  • Aesthetic sense aligned with Scandinavian/modern design is a plus.

  • Experience in furniture, lifestyle, home decor, or premium consumer goods is an advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of influencer marketing workflows.

  • Experience with Spark Ads, creator whitelisting, or UGC production.

  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.

  • Market experience in DACH, Nordics, or Benelux.
