Payment
At OMHU, you can pay using Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and Klarna. No additional fees apply when paying at omhucph.com, and the amount is charged immediately at the time the order is placed. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
We ship to most EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. Delivery options vary by country. In some countries, we only offer curbside delivery, while in others we only offer in-home delivery, and in several countries customers can choose between the two. The available delivery options will be clearly displayed at checkout.
For made-to-order items passes the risk of loss to the Customer only upon the Customer’s actual receipt of the goods.
Recipient’s responsibility upon delivery
The recipient must be available on the provided telephone number and email address .
The recipient must inform in good time about everything that may affect the delivery, for example difficult to access road, access code etc.
Please note that someone must be present at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time. Therefore, we are not able to leave the delivery in front of the house, such as in the carport or similar areas.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of placing the order is complete and accurate. Any request to change the delivery address after the order has been placed may result in additional charges.
If you are not at the agreed delivery address at the scheduled delivery time, the item will be taken back to our carrier’s warehouse. Additional delivery fees and extended delivery times should be expected for any re-delivery.
If you are unable to receive the delivery on the date offered by our carrier, the item will be stored at the carrier’s warehouse, as we do not have our own storage facilities due to our products being made to order. Additional delivery and storage fees will apply.
Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, missing components, or incorrect parts. Force majeure
We strive to always keep the agreed delivery times. Should we be forced to cancel a trip due to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided, even if all reasonable measures had been taken, you will not be entitled to compensation. In the event of cancellation of delivery due to extraordinary circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and rebook the delivery.
By ‘extraordinary circumstances’ we mean: Situations where an event could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures. Especially in the event of meteorological conditions incompatible with the delivery route in question and security risks or strikes affecting transport.
Complaint
Please, pay attention to the following:
Normal wear and tear: Wrinkles in the cover are a natural consequence of the use of your furniture. This can be remedied by washing/cleaning the fabric. Alternatively, you can order new fabric for your sofa.
Fading: Even the most color strong fabric will fade if exposed to sunlight daily. If the sofa is exposed to a lot of light, we can therefore recommend switching the cushions at regular intervals. We do not cover damaged floor/substrate caused by furniture. It is therefore important to protect your furniture with felt or felt shoes. As a consumer, you have 24 months’ right of complaint according to the Purchase Act, and the Purchase Act’s defect rules can be used for all purchases on omhucph.com.
At OMHU, we are committed to acting attentively, conscientiously, and with care in everything we do. However, if you are, despite the circumstances, experiencing a problem with your product, please submit your claim via our Claims & Returns Portal. We will process your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation of purchase / return
You have a 30-day right of return when shopping at omhucph.com. This means that you have 30 days from the day you receive your items to decide whether you wish to keep it. If you would like to return your item, simply submit your request through our Claims & Returns Portal.
To make use of the 30-day return policy, the item must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, and the return shipping costs are your responsibility. You're welcome to try the product at home, but it must not be used. If the item is used in ways other than what you would do with a new dress or shirts, we regard the item as used. For products like covers, pillows, grips and similarly small items, they need to be returned to our office at Hejrevej 33c 2400 København NV and we will not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we work with Made to Order production, your item will enter production shortly after your purchase is completed. You may cancel or request changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, production begins and your order cannot be canceled or modified. Accordingly, the full amount cannot be refunded.
Please contact us at hello@omhucph.com as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes or cancel your order.
Campaigns and promotions
Campaigns, discounts, and promotional offers are valid only for the specified period stated. Once the campaign period has ended, the offer can no longer be applied, regardless of when the order was placed in relation to the campaign period.
Personal data policy
In order for you to enter into an agreement with OMHU, we need the following information from you:

We register your personal data in relation to delivery of the goods.
Personal information provided by the customer upon purchase is registered and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. No information is passed on to third parties.
As registered with OMHU, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to OMHU via e-mail: hello@omhucph.com.
At OMHU, we comply with the new personal data regulation (GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018. This includes the collection and storage of general personal data (name, email and telephone number).
